FAQ

Customers are welcome to have a reasonable test drive of any car of their choice. This makes a customer have a good feel of the performance of the vehicle and will help them decide if they choose to go with the vehicle. Test routes are carefully selected for customers to test the car at various speeds.

Yes, most of our cars come with a standard warranty for a period of three months. The duration of the warranty can be extended at a cost up to 18 months. The warranty covers mechanical faults but does not include damage due to wear and tear. For instance, a customer can make a warranty claim for an engine breakdown. The warranty would not cover tyre replacement since tyres are made worn due to usage leading to wear and tear.

We do accept part exchanges from customers. Customers are expected to provide basic information about their cars for a valuation to be made. The mileage, registration, and general condition of the car will be used to determine the value of the car. You can bring the car to us or discuss with us to arrange a collection.

We operate on appointment basis only. Customers are expected to book an appointment to view a car any time within our opening hours. Our opening time is from 09:00 – 18:00, Mondays to Saturdays and 15:00 – 18:00 on Sundays.

We do offer a nationwide delivery service. Delivery to anywhere within 7 miles of our location (Coventry) is free. Delivery to locations outside this local radius is charged based on the distance to your address.

Customers can return cars after purchase with a reason for return. A reasonable deduction based on the usage of the vehicle and an administrative fee will be applied. Refunds are usually processed and paid within a period of 14 days. To commence the refund process, customers are expected to bring the car to our garage. In addition, the car key(s) and all relevant documents including the new V5C (where applicable) should be returned.

Yes, customers can request for a car of choice to be reserved. The car is removed from the market and held for the customer for a period convenient for the customer. To reserve a car, customers are expected to pay a holding deposit, which is deducted from the final price to be paid. This means the deposit is in effect a part payment for the car. However, if a customer does not wish to continue with a purchase after reserving a car, only the pre-sale administrative fee is charged, as interests from other customers may have been declined.

The prices of some of our cars are negotiable. In many instances, the prices are negotiated near the amount the cars are advertised. We price our cars competitively making sure they are reasonable and affordable to buyers.
